We aim to provide high-quality spiritual books, products, and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work at Divynia.com.


1. General Policy

We accept returns, replacements, and refund requests under specific conditions listed below.
By placing an order on Divynia.com, you agree to this policy.


2. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Your product arrived in poor physical condition

  • The item received does not match the product description

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

To complete your return, you must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/video of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Unboxing video (optional but helpful for damage claims)


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and copyright reasons, the following items cannot be returned/refunded unless damaged or defective:

  • Digital products (PDFs, e-books, downloads)

  • Opened or used books

  • Customized items

  • Gift cards

  • Spiritual items once used (e.g., puja articles)


4. Replacement Policy

If your product is damaged or incorrect:

  1. Raise a request at support@divynia.com within 7 days

  2. Share proof (photos or video)

  3. Our team will verify and approve the replacement

  4. A new item will be shipped at no extra cost


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are approved in the following cases:

  • Product is unavailable or out of stock

  • Order was cancelled before shipping

  • Product delivered is damaged or incorrect, and replacement is not possible

  • Shipping delay beyond 15 days (India) due to our error

Refund Method

Once approved, refunds are processed to:

  • Original payment method (UPI/card/wallet), or

  • Bank account (for COD orders)

Refunds typically take 3–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or incorrect — Divynia will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind — the customer must pay return shipping (only allowed if the product is unopened and unused).


7. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

You may cancel your order anytime before dispatch for a full refund.

After Shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
You may request a return after receiving the product, as per the return eligibility rules.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued through bank transfer or UPI, not in cash.

  • Customers must provide correct bank/UPI details for refund processing.


9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order returns to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Failure to accept delivery

We will reship the product after receiving an additional shipping fee.
Refunds for such cases may be partial based on logistics charges.


10. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
